1. DUMBO
Smashed burgers are all the rage, you know the ones with the crushed steak that takes on a nice grilled flavour! Well, Dumbo is undoubtedly one of the most representative of this style, and it's the only speciality on their menu, with a cheeseburger for €10, a vegetarian version of the earth burger for €13, fries for €4 and that's it - the menu is simple and effective.

2. ONE & ONE
If you love melted cheddar, this is the place to go! This restaurant, located in the Passage des Panoramas, just opposite the Musée Grévin, offers a burger called "Sexy cheezy". What makes it special is that it's completely covered in melted cheddar, making it a real gourmet treat.
